It’s a dream when I get to follow a couple through the biggest moments of their lives, from marriage, to expecting, to parenthood. I still remember how gorgeous Melissa looked on her wedding day, and Christian’s face as he watched his bride walk down the aisle. After shooting their wedding and maternity photos, we how have little August joining the party!
We chose Tuttle Orchards in Greenfield, Indiana just east of Indianapolis as the perfect spot for their summer apple-picking family session. We shot in a field of tall wildflowers and bright sunflowers before making our way to the orchard where the lighting was gorgeous and apples scattered the ground. Melissa and Christian have this boho, eclectic style that really made their lifestyle family photos come to life. And sweet baby August, just look at that cheeky grin and those legs! I could squish his little baby rolls all day long. Watching him smile and laugh with his parents was the best part of the day.
It’s been a beautiful journey watching these two become husband and wife, and now parents. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of these milestones in your life Melissa and Christian, I hope to capture many many more!
